1. Choose base vehicle

   a. from inventory

   b. not in stock but produced by RM through its network

2. RM specialists consult with client on needs

   a.issue detailed proposal, agree on terms & time frame

   b. deposit and work commencement

   c. work progress photos and payments

   d. delivery and final inspection
